Jiangsu pp电子网站-Linyang Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was invested by pp电子网站 Power, a wholly-owned subsidiary of pp电子网站, and Jiangsu Linyang Energy Co., Ltd.. It will invest around 500 million dollars on the energy storage project with an annual output of 10GWh.
The registered capital of pp电子网站-Linyang is 15.5 million USD, of which pp电子网站 Power invested 10 million USD, accounting for 65% of the shares of the joint venture, while Linyang occupying 35% of the shares. Both parties will increase the registered capital to 77 million USD in accordance with the progress of the project.
